The California Energy Commission Hybrid Truck and Bus Voucher Incentive Project (HVIP) is designed to offset half of the additional cost of eligible hybrid medium- and heavy-duty vehicles for fleets that operate in California, vouchers range from $10,000-$40,000 on a first-come, first-served basis.
